      Pros

      Lovely staff members. Potential yearly bonus. No over time. Small company so was able to know majority of staff. Free parking on site.

      Cons

      Poor/No career growth. No pay rises. Poor Tech Stack - Tech Stack includes Fortran, C, C++. Outdated processes. No work from home.

      Mixed bag but great place to learn technically

      Pros

      Travel was varied and enjoyable. Co-workers were generally easy to get along with and an enjoyable working atmosphere. Learnt lots of new and unique skills. Varied work often highly interesting and unique unlikely to find such an interesting company to work for. There are some seriously clever and knowledgeable people working here and is a great opportunity to learn from them. The company appears to consistently do well but unlikely to outperform. The company is small enough where you can know nearly everyone and make a difference if your allowed to. Family run company with friendly atmosphere. Overall an enjoyable place to work but can be stressful due to lack of support or rewards.

      Cons

      Lack of structure no real management. The CTO manages everything. No real review process, is largely a box filling excercise. No real performance incentives. Some abrasive staff with no accountability due their deemed importance to the company. It's a medium-sized company being run like a small company and unlikely to change anytime soon. Very little visibility into company performance. Several issues with development and support process due to unwillingness to commit and meet targets. I could of easily worked here for many years as I really enjoyed the work, but my ambitions could not be met here.

      They will terminate employees without any mercy. Mallu’s are given first preference. In the name of career growth they spoil it. Students from KJC do not join . Anyone can take any roles in company like from 1. office assistant to finance manager. 2. Executive assistant to marketing manager 3. Respectionist to HR manager This company anything is possible. Very poor culture
