Pros

There are not many pros to working at Legoland unfortunately; the main being being able to work on my own for the day.

Cons

There are too many cons to list. Treated like a slave, 0 hour contracts, limited breaks throughout the day, lack of trust.

Pros

Amazing attractions to work on, lovely fellow team members, great benefits!

Cons

Management premote those they like, quite clearly they have their favorites. Improvements and suggestions are overlooked. No career progression due to favourites. Hours are long and sometimes you have to stay longer even if you have commitments. Don’t get me wrong, some of the guests are lovely, and it’s never the kids, but the adults are rude and insensitive, treating staff like dirt because they have paid to ride. Pay awful and needs to be increased.
