Great company to work for!

Pros

They are focused on supply chain design and optimisation, and have been highly rated by Gartner. They dominate this industry and it's great to be able to speak to prospects and customers, knowing that the solution is solid and delivers results. Their strategy is communicated internally in a clear manner and it's good knowing what their plans are for the future in terms of product releases and roadmaps.

Cons

It's a growing company and therefore some of the internal procedures are not as formalised as I've experienced at much larger companies. all this means is that it might take a little bit longer to find the "right person" to deal with, but all the people are really friendly and eager to help!
