      None worth to mention, unless you like working on compressed hours in a hostile environment and risk your damaged mental health

      Discriminating over nationalities and based on the sex ground especially young mothers by not giving any flexibility then purposely creating a hostile environment trying to affect psychologically so that one would leave. Management avoiding any responsibilities trying to cover their own butts at all times.
