LTI had poor communication at best. Often times I would come into work thinking I was doing a good job but then out of nowhere I would be told I was going to be let go if I didn’t improve. Working here was like having a bipolar partner. Constant threats, bickering, and rumor spreading about other employees was a normal day in the office. In addition, management had a chip on their shoulder thinking they were untouchable. This made it feel impossible to bring any concerns forward. Personal or precessional. Advancement seemed scarce at the company unless you were drinking buddies with a director or VP. Also, no one cared about how I wanted to advance my career in the company. At best, LTI taught me what I didn’t want in a company.
