Thank you so much for taking the time to give us your feedback. We really do want LTi to be a great place to work. So I am sorry that we let you down in this area. We are committed to creating more authenticity and transparency for all our employees, and to reinforcing a workplace environment that is safe and edifying. We are currently transitioning into a new phase here at LTi, and have definitely seen some changes already. Over the past year, we have begun new initiatives focused on employee education, better internal communication, cross-team collaboration, and improved diversity. Company culture is something each of us is responsible for, and I am very proud of the steps we have taken so far. We are implementing an organizational goal-alignment strategy to clearly communicate our business objectives across the company, while helping each member see where they fit into our company’s success. I believe that goal alignment helps support a system of shared accountability from the top down, and engages everyone in the same story of success through teamwork. We will continue to check-in and evaluate our progress with our annual employee survey to endure our action plan is working.
