Cons

Convoluted management structure built in a pyramid scheme type format. Poor attitude to staff welfare. Discriminatory behaviour is rampant. Just an all round unpleasant environment, not meant for any sane human trying to maintain a moral compass.

The compensation is competitive, which is a genuine positive. You can make a good amount of money. Good for experience, easy to grow,

Cons

From my experience, the senior leadership culture at LVI has raised concerns for several people. Even though there may be some flexibility on paper, the reality can feel quite different—almost like being back in school. The environment can create a high level of anxiety, which seems to be by design. There is also a significant amount of gossip, particularly regarding former or current employees. I should also note that a couple of senior management members were let go due to inappropriate behavior toward women in the organization.
