Pros
I love going to work with a guitar on my back and a collection of amazing songs to share with young children and their families. The hours are intense but short, so you're home for lunch having finished a work day...no late nights or extended work hours. Mostly though, the classes are fun and interactive and hugely gratifying as you get to see the joy on the faces of the kids as they fall in love with the songs and activities that go with them. Perfect for musicians who prefer not to work full time but love to share their passion between career commitments.
Cons
Managing the occasional restless or disruptive kids can be challenging even though the parents and caregivers are present.
