Pros
Joining the team at Lalilo was the best decision I've made in my career. The company works very hard to preserve an inclusive culture and strives to make genuine impact through every action taken. Moreover, the employees' well-being comes first in every way (even over the customers') and transparency is a foundational value. Lalilo has given me the opportunity to be part of building something from the ground up. Every day I have the opportunity to work on various projects and the importance of self-governance has provided me with responsibilities and experience that I didn't receive in the corporate world.
Cons
Building something from scratch sometimes means that there are no processes in place and it can be difficult to work with such ambiguity. We often try things and have to iterate several times before we are able to find a solution that works.
