      Pros

      teams are great along with management. fully remote work and opportunity to work with teammates from around the world. work is enticing and teammates are great people to be friends with outside of the office.

      Cons

      if you are not an engineer, you will not get a raise regardless of how long you work here or how much work you do.

      - You can make very large impact in the team and experience the startup journey of 0 to 1; - The company has a laser focus of productionalize computer vision and deploy AI products in manufacturing space; - Great learning opportunity -- everyone is staying hungry for new technology and papers in AI space; - Working side-by-side with Prof. Andrew Ng daily.

      Cons

      We are solving a very tough problem in manufacturing. There are a lot of uncertainty and complexity that we have to deal with every day.

      Pros

      Landing AI has very strong leadership team. Besides Andrew, the globally known AI scientist and entrepreneur, the VP of Engineers Gopi and VP of Business Dongyan are very well established in their field and brought their experiences and expertise to the company. While Landing AI moves really fast it has established well-defined culture principles, OKR process, feedback delivery system so I feel I have grown myself with the company together. People working here are very driven, capable and also humble. I feel I have learnt a lot by working with my colleagues.

      Cons

      We might need more subject matter experts as consultants to know the vertical that we are trying to apply AI technology better.
