I have been working at Lane Bryant part-time for more than a year

    Pros

People who work here are hard-working, compassionate, and just generally happy. My managers are absolutely wonderful.

    Cons

The pay is on the low side. Expect to stay at minimum wage as long as you are there. I have a co-worker who has not gotten a raise and she has been working there for 5 years. If you are looking for a pay raise after 90 days, you will not find it here.

I have been working at Lane Bryant part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Laid back atmosphere. Positive work environment. Strong connection with coworkers.

    Cons

Big focus on getting people to sign up for lines of credit, can seem very competitive and underhanded. Pay is not very high compared to other similar retail stores, and not much room for pay raises even with promotions. Management only ones guaranteed a good amount of hours (5-10+) a week, while associates might receive as little as 4 sometimes.

Current Employee - Full Time Sales Leader in Greenwood, IN

I have been working at Lane Bryant full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The discount and the special employee buys are great. A couple weeks PTO for new full-time employees isn't too bad.

    Cons

The pay is ridiculously low. For a full-time management position, to make less than a high-schooler makes at a big box store is just sad.
