Thank you for you feedback, while we appreciate your review we would like to address some of the points you have raised. We are sorry to hear you found the working conditions disappointing, we are proud to offer flexible working options for all of our staff. We still have a hybrid-working model so the majority of the company works from home most of the week, with 1-2 days in the office. Our offices have modern technology, are kept clean and tidy, with free hot drinks and snacks provided for the whole team. We also encourage evereyone to take a proper lunch break away from their desk to give them time away from their screens. We try to organise company events throughout the year such as bowling, escape rooms, or going for a meal together. All of the team who work longer than their contracted hours are paid overtime so we aren't sure what you mean by this point. In fact, we do not encourage working longer hours and prefer people to finish on time so they have a good work-life balance. Whilst we aren’t a huge corporate company, we still see this as a huge plus because our Senior Managers get to know the team personally and can provide opportunities and support on a daily basis. Thank you for your feedback and review. It is hard to comment on the salary and workload because we cannot see what department you have worked in, ie Accounts, HR, Sales, Marketing, Projects, Translation, Operations, IT etc. Commenting on the low salary you have mentioned, we pride ourselves in offering entry-level positions where possible across all these departments in the hope that we can educate and further support graduates into their careers. We are happy to promote from within and have done this many times which accelerates the salary further. That said, even these entry-level positions are always above National Minimum Wage and full on the job training provided. We also ensure our staff are paid overtime if needed and this is always requested where possible in advance but this is mainly for projects and translation work. However, we can usually outsource the translation work to ensure staff are not overworked and project work can be passed to our late US team. Managers have regular catch-ups with team members and monthly appraisals with new starters where all issues such as training, welfare, salaries, and workload can be ironed out.
