Pros

Nice people for the most part Good at hiring internally

Cons

They make drastic decisions without thinking about the consequences which end up falling on the workers. At one point I was covering the work of 2 other people plus my own and that was viewed as acceptable. No sick pay for customer service agents but the sales reps who “work” remotely (and are mostly men) do, even though they pass on a lot of their work to the customer service agents. You have to pay to go to the Christmas party Wages are terrible

Pros

Good Package - efficient at resolving issues. Good industry to work in - customers very nice to deal with. Good support from the telesales team

Cons

Management not straight with you - no formal feedback and then unannounced probation meetings. Restrictive dress code - only white shirts! Managerial style overbearing - no coaching.
