      Good people worked here, not management.

      Partners were the problem. Unprofessional in the office, not trustworthy and did not train.

      Truly flexible environment, good people, and fun culture. Work hard play hard is the norm. New leadership working to make a place that people can thrive.

      Growing quickly, needs investment in infrastructure . How do you maintain culture while growing in different locations.

      Out of the box thinking is encouraged, everyone works hard on my team, lots of young professionals

      Cons

      Health benefits are not very good, no 401K match, the staff and management is somewhat young which can be a negative as well. Would like to have a voice with regards to the benefit offerings.
