Smart people, ok culture, some bright spots in the product

Overall experience was meh. There's a strong desire to move everything to AI and we've lost a lot of good people.

Pros

- Truly great company culture — supportive, collaborative, and people-first. - Transparent and approachable management that communicates openly and clearly. - Modern, well-maintained tech stack that makes building and shipping enjoyable. - A strong team of talented engineers — smart, helpful, and great to learn from.

Cons

The team is spread across multiple time zones, so you do need some overlap in your day. That said, it also gives you flexibility in how you structure your working hours — and once you organize your time properly, it can feel more like a benefit than a drawback.
