      Great product and industry if you care about the planet. Good UK team, well, most of them.

      Cons

      The Americans are underhanded and not to be trusted. Don’t believe a word they say. Very much hire and fire. No help or development.

      Pros

      The people at Leanpath are kind and incredibly talented. The mission to reduce global food waste is meaningful and nearly everyone is engaged and committed. Executive leadership is transparent and leads by example. We are starting to put formal processes and programs in place that will help us scale & work more efficiently.

      Cons

      Compensation and benefits could be a tad bit better considering we're a tech company, but it's clear the company is prioritizing working on improving both.
