      Pros

      Senior leaders across the business are the best I have worked with. There is never a blocker and always a calm and calculated route forward. There is so much passion with the teams, and the recruitment processes is always people first which generates a fantastic culture. Partnering with the very best software, globally, the opportunity to learn and growth here is amazing. The CEO is hands on, intelligent and always willing to invest to grow in the right way.

      Too much work and need to recruit quicker.

      Pros

      Above all else, the people you get to work with are top notch. While everyone is busy, people are always willing to dig in and help including the executive team. Company is growing fast so there is a lot of opportunity to learn and advance. Partnering with some rapidly growing companies in the marketing and sales technology space so you get exposure to new and leading edge technologies. Get to be part of a community, inside the company and with our partners and customers. The company's reputation is very good with customers and you get to work with some great brands.

      Cons

      Not a con, but when you are growing this fast you have to be prepared for change. The company has to be nimble and able to adapt to new market opportunities and this means that there are occasional shifts in strategy.

      Pros

      When I first interviewed with Nik, Luke and other members of the leadership team I knew this was the right company for me. The people first culture shines through in every interaction I have with any team member at LeapPoint, and in the way we work with our customers. I have the opportunity to use my skills daily as well as build new skills and knowledge. I'm always learning and always smiling!
