Get paid for only 1/6 of last-minute canceled classes. No bonus, pay rise. The staff are quick to criticize you but they don't respond to your critiques.

- Low pay - Unpaid prep work - Some students can be very demanding depending on nationality / company - Students can schedule you without asking you / informing you and you're expected to be there - Some nationalities cancel often (i.e. French students) - You can't do this job if you need the money unless you live in a developing country - You have to be on camera and presentable at all times

Used to be a great company, but now they have dismissed lot of people and paying low salaries to the teachers

they have terrible scams to reduce the pay for teachers. after 5 years, i never got an increase. but they "rebranded" the classes, and said that the new classes pay less. what a scam.
