      Overall smart and motivated colleagues; known brand in the industry; good pay

      Cons

      Despite advocating a people culture on paper, talents are used and not nurtured and supported for a long term career in the company; similar for feedback culture: promoted on paper and not really implemented; equity offered upon joining to attract people and then as soon as business go south contracts are ended and they leave you with nothing; feels like ceo manages senior leadership by fear

      Pros

      From the interview process, to onboarding, and my experience so far since joining has been nothing but positive. There is a real buzz within Ledger and positive energy comes from every corner of the company. Great people, great leadership, great experience.

      Cons

      There are some processes that aren't as mature as they need to be but that comes with time and there is a real desire to invest and develop those from everyone.
