      Pros

      An extremely motivated bunch of people fighting to eliminate paper - the right people working towards a righteous goal. The energy of the team is infectious, and will make you want to do better and be better at your work. Everyone is extremely sweet and willing to go the extra mile to help train you and make you feel comfortable in a new organisation. Active HR and senior level employees who undertake a lot of effort to help ease newcomers during the onboarding process.

      Training about what each team does in the company would be helpful to newcomers to understand the company's functioning.

      1. Great set of peers 2. You are always heard and your suggestions are always taken into account 3. There is complete transparency between teams 4. A real fun loving environment to work 5. There is no misalignment in the teams nor any mismanagement. Cross-Team functionalities, as well as core team functionalities, are well synced

      - Competitive compensation and regular increments (which has been reduced a little). - Supportive and friendly colleagues, making the work environment positive. - No micromanagement, allowing autonomy and trust in day-to-day work.

      Cons

      - Company culture was once strong and positive, but has been shifting and continues to change. - Visible cost-cutting measures have been implemented across the organization. - Senior leadership, previously approachable, now feels distant, and recent decisions have not been well-received. - Employee attrition has increased noticeably, with reports of layoffs not always tied to performance. - Mandatory travel to the Gurgaon office every three months for a week is unpopular, as the daily commute from the hotel to the office takes about an hour in traffic.
