      Great management and sales structure; no need to be knocking on doors or cold calling ; can make some great money

      Cons

      Work similar hours as retail so not a Monday-Friday only job; have to stay positive when dealing with difficult people

      Pros

      Awesome opportunity to get to management with paid training and travel to regional meetings where you get to meet the best in the business. You can make some great money if you are good at the job. Management is so helpful and motivating you to do your best.

      Cons

      Job is not a regular Monday-Friday, 9-5 work week; Have to be good with customer service to deal with all types of people. Not for the shy person.
