Pros

Many teams are looking for efficiency support. Interesting clients, ranging from distribution companies, a large social media company and financial firms. Change management coach was hired to help team work better together.

Cons

20 people quit within 2 years because of horrible leadership with no vision, clarity and support. Only 5 people were left trying to run the company. Burn out is common, high expectations are met with little to no support. Rarely acknowledged for your work. A system was implemented, but no genuine feedback was provided. Ironically, not efficient or effective with use of systems, which is what clients are taught. Many new systems were added without proper training or best practices defined. Constantly on a scavenger hunt for information, which led to poor quality work for clients. No heart-centered leadership, all about being productive and going fast without actually taking a step back to think about strategy and the people doing the work.

Pros

The team is knowledgeable, and the work environment is fast-paced, which keeps things exciting. There’s a lot of room to learn new skills, and leadership is invested in employee growth. Flexible work hours are a plus.

Cons

Sometimes the deadlines are tight, which can add to the stress
