      Pros

      We have few but nice benefits (annual ski trip, social events, perks, meetups, language school...). The office is in a central and comfortable location (close to Potsdamer Platz, so reachable by bus, ubahn and sbahn). The colleagues are nice and friendly, and the environment is international.

      Cons

      The company is fully controlled and managed from the Netherlands. Dutch people are micro managing the IT in Berlin, and completely ignoring the sub-culture of the IT industry in our city. The overall feeling is that Berlin office is going to close soon, so people are demotivated and not committed.
