Pros
Work schedule was great 3 days a week. Schedule was in three day blocks of 12 hr shifts. Pay was much higher than competitors.
Cons
After 3 yrs the company layed off the entire NonEmergent department stating it was not profitable. They are supposed to be a nonprofit. I suspect it was no longer profitable after COVID money dried up. They gave no severance but rather had another lesser company give us job offers in one of two locations. It was too far for me to travel among other reasons so I declined. Any requirements i.e. meetings, training days are always on your days off.
