"Low pay, the fact that it is annalized salary so the pay you receive will be quite a bit less than what is on paper (this is due to the off days you get but your weekly take home will technically seem less because they stretch out your pay for all 52 weeks while those breaks are technically unpaid) Don't seem to care about employees wellbeing, Central office are not effective communicators and need to heavily work on that field."
