Pros

LSP is a great opportunity for those with a strong drive to succeed. It offers opportunities on a global scale. The company has a supportive culture, making it a positive place to work. Also, LSP has an established and thorough training academy, ensuring that new trainees receive the best training, setting them up for success in the recruitment industry.

Cons

It's important to be aware that the contracted hours are often exceeded, but the dedication and extra effort pay off in the form of incentives, commission, personal growth, and opportunities for promotions. It's also worth mentioning that maintaining a healthy work-life balance can sometimes require that additional effort, especially given the company's rapid growth, which brings with it some inevitable growing pains.
