Management and so called leaders are unethical and dishonest. Great leaders should appreciate other great leaders & subordinates rather than feel intimidated by them. Those who strive to make a difference for the betterment of the company are frowned upon while the slackers who make up fictitious stories about them take credit for their ideas then get praised, promoted, offered bonuses, and raises. Temps QUIT before they even reach their 90 day mark. Direct hires start on day one and don’t even return from their lunch breaks. The provider to MA ratio is insane!! Management care about quantity(productivity) more than quality. The office is filled with unprofessional drug addicts and alcoholics. They will lure you in by offering a very competitive salary but I strongly advise any good MSR, CSR, MA or QA to seek other opportunities. I have seen countless amounts of unfairness transpire towards individuals who were nothing short of being pure assets to LifeMD. This office is unstructured with your day to day dose of pure disorder, ignorance and utter confusion! Don’t say I didn’t warn you.
