      Pros

      Great vision and generally great people, globally. Everyone wants Liferay to succeed and they genuinely believe in the company vision.

      Cons

      Because everyone is trying their best with limited resources issues can be slow to fix. Frontline staff have to work hard to keep customers happy. Local managers can opperate like seperate companies disjointed from the company vision. This was the case in Australia.
