Pros

Your coworkers are great, not much else to be said that’s positive

Cons

You will never get a raise, bonus’s are a lie (they haven’t paid out 2025’s bonus’s and said they won’t be), management has incredibly unrealistic expectations on caseload size. You will be holding at least 20 individual clients even if you’re running a group 5 days a week. You will not be trained in anything you will just be expected to know, and you will get in trouble if you do not. Once they decide they don’t like you they will write you up for “tone” in email and actively try to make your job harder. There is no longer any concern for client care, quality, or staff well-being.
