High employee attrition due to toxic work culture Frequent blame culture instead of problem-solving. HR department does not effectively represent employee concerns

      Pros

      Good incentive for target achievement but incentives are never paid on time.

      Cons

      There is no work life balance Worst management. Its always a one man managed company and HR have no role to plat. There is 0% job security. Highest attrition rate. Hardly anyone can stay for >6months. Very few selected people get all the facilities, rest all have to worship them just to sustain.
