Pros
A really good, capable team of people with a wide variety of backgrounds. In particular Product Management, front-end engineering, and Operations had very strong people.
Cons
Management had no idea what it was doing. And refused to actually ship a product to get real customer feedback. This lead to many talented people leaving the company - it was a regular revolving door.
