Cons
This company is not suitable for anyone to work in. Employment contracts are not adhered to and the way staff are treated is utterly disgusting. Unfortunately I witnessed staff being bullied by management on a daily basis. I felt awful for my colleagues and ashamed there was nothing I could do to help them. In addition to this, I was directly exposed to inappropriate behavior which made me feel unsafe at work. Staff turnover is the highest I have ever seen and I have never come across so many people just walk out and not return. I choose to write this post not to slander the organisation but in the hope that I can help others make an informed decision before accepting an interview or employment with this company. I wish I received some sort of warning myself.
