Pros

Lovely students Flexible schedule Pretty good pre-planned courseware

Cons

Very low pay with incredibly frequent deductions for minor offenses ($20 USD deduction for being 2 minutes late!) Communication from management can be very rude Poor framework for reporting student or parental misconduct on calls (in my experience)

Pros

Easy to get onboard, and there are plenty of students. Very flexible you can pick your own times. The lessons are already made so you just have to show up and do the lesson. Very easy.

Cons

-VERY poor pay rate ($6 per 25 minutes) - Very bad penalties for the silliest things, I left a class two minutes early per the parents request and was deducted $20! You also are deducted money if you cancel a lesson with less than 24 hours. - Late nights which didn’t bother me too much as I am a night owl. - Customer service is poor and impossible to get into contact with anyone when you have a problem

Lots of classes Salary is ok.

Don't value teachers. If a parent complains expect to be let go. Never reply to emails You have teams for communication however every question results in them sending a pdf file with the supposed answer on but the answer is not always on the file, if you ask a challenging question, they ignore it because it's not on the PDF file. They don't take the initiative. Contract states that if a student cancels within 24 hours, you receive compensation however, you never get compensated. I asked about this and was ignored. If you no show a class, they charge you 300 percent of the class, if a class is 8 dollars then you are fined 24 dollars. (Sometimes tech issues happen)
