      Love the experiment-driven culture

      Pros

      Linktree has recently started being much more experiment-driven in its approach to building products. It means can test new ideas very quickly, with real users. I think it's been a great way to increase our pace of learning and shipping.

      Cons

      There's always a lot going on. I guess that's inevitable for a startup, but I think we could move a bit faster if we narrowed our focus.

      Pros

      Cracked engineers, designers and product. Everyone owns their corner and delivers exceptionally. Good career growth paths and leadership is fantastic. Good people all around.

      Cons

      Not really any. London team is smaller than SF, LA & Melbourne squads. If your team is based in another country you'll be fully remote, but personally I enjoy it.

      Pros

      Love the caliber of people (specifically engineering) at LT. Manager is incredibly supportive, projects are exciting and there's a really good amount of ownership across the board.

      Cons

      Not much to say right now. Overall really enjoyable experience after years at various other companies.
