      Pros

      Nothing nothing nothing but remote work.

      Cons

      Management is all over the place, hiring C-level executives in replacement for laying for 00+ jobs TWICE in a year.

We made the difficult choice to decrease our staff size to create additional efficiencies and continue to build a strong company for the future. Our team did not take this lightly, and we acknowledge it's never easy.

      Not what it used to be

      Pros

      - Linnworks was once a good company to work for, with great team spirit and a product that solved problems within e-commerce. - Free access to Headspace for mental health support (very much needed) - Can make good money from commission

      Cons

      - If you like being harassed and belittled constantly - Linnworks is for you. "Coaching" is your manager talking at you about how they would do it, how they sold massive deals in the past and them being confused about why you may struggle with areas of your skillset that need development. - Since being bought by a private investment firm in 2021, it went downhill from there. I understand companies have to make tough decisions but the way they delivered redundancy news showed zero compassion for employees. A second round was just announced before Christmas in 2022. I guess money does change people.

      - Base salary good for location - Good sense of community

      Cons

      - Company has been bought by private equity and is now a nightmare. Will not match previous reviews. - Founder and CEO stepped down, company isn't what it used to be. - Pot luck which team you're in, wrong team equals bad experience - No bonus or additional pay

      This is unfortunate to hear and I do hope that you were able to share this in your off-boarding to see how we can improve the overall experience for others. We are about to launch HR check-in days where employees will have the opportunity to share feedback in a proactive manner so we hope this will also help identify areas we can continue to improve.
