only pro is works in salesforce ecosystem.

Cons

Office politics at its peak. They have you sign 2+ year contract and keeps your original documents till you finish the tenure. They don't treat you as employees rather slaves working to repay their debts. No competitive salary, no benefits for employees whatsoever. The company is not even registered in India and running Illegally. Please refrain from joining.
