it's not easy to get a day off, not worth it for the payment, but still, it depends on the branch how they manage for the teacher welfare

- Good Islamic environment - Provide biweekly/ annual training for teachers - Supportive collagues - Good approach in teaching and learning

Cons

- Too many work to be done in limited time - Basically teachers need to do every single thing (from teaching to lesson plan to preparing materials to cleaning etc) which can be very tiring - Very low salary (minimum wage) with heavy workloads
