Good Startup with Good Funding, better platform for career Growth. But conditions applied.

Cons

You can survive in this company only if u are a girl, work is secondary gender is important. Performance is measured on sycophancy and targets are for time pass. If u r a Manager then its ur Vacation in Bangkok. one can check from the reviews, and after all u can get fired any time with any silly reasons.

I worked with pune office. Any stupid can be head over here. Firing is done as per their will. City head's favorite employees can sit idle, don't have any target, can get worst deal but still can survive. And if you are not behind them then even God can't save you. Get highest number but still you are under performer. And also they are intrested in other stupid things then work. Act smart, don't get impressed with the salary number. You will not even receive half of the ostentatious. If u know buttering well u can survive or else you will be fired. HR also play politics along with the management. magement always behind girls and your survival depend on personal like and dislike rather than professional
