Pros

- heavy focus on customers - high product velocity - no micromanagement - no bullsh*t - founders work hard and expect the same from you - experienced, mostly senior engineering team - no-blame culture - regular offline events

Cons

these are not cons, just properties of an early-stage startup - high degree of uncertainty - loose processes - high expectations - first-time founders (mistakes will be made 🤷‍♂️)

* Founders are hands on, have complementary skills and understand the business and product well. * Very strong product team, experienced people who can operate well on their own. I can trust people to do their jobs well while I do mine * Base salary is good, especially for a startup at this stage * We build MVPs and iterate very quickly

Cons

* Product strategy requires lots of quick small pivots, so sometimes it feel like not making progress * Very little structure + distributed setting means it's up to you to make your work visible and double check that it's valuable
