      Pros

      The LiveSmart team is very talented and knowledgable. They have a great product and are continually striving to use the best and latest technologies to improve the products they offer to customers. LiveSmart is a place where you are encouraged to bring your ideas forward and the team is very supportive. Being a smaller company you’re given opportunities that you wouldn’t get from a larger company. The Company is very much about striking the right work/life balance.

      Cons

      The company has a lot of great projects/ideas lined up but the dev team is too small at the moment to do them all. It would be nice to see the dev team grown so that we can take on more projects between sprint cycles.

      Very friendly and hard working team - everyone extremely approachable Product makes a difference to people and is exciting to work on Extended 1.5 hour lunch breaks for wellbeing activities

      Pros

      I really enjoy working with this team. All opinions and contributions are valued. The general purpose of the company (helping individuals improve their overall wellbeing) is great, and this is also applied to workers within the company, with an emphasis on getting a good work-life balance. There is a constant push to improve the quality of the service, and so there is regularly positive changes and improvements happening.
