Pros

Remote work arrangements vary by department. Certain teams operate on a fully remote basis with no in-office requirements. Because these global teams are geographically distributed, all team meetings are conducted online.

Cons

It feels like as long as you can talk a good game, actual job performance doesn't matter. The company is getting top-heavy with too many directors and not enough support staff. On top of that, outsourcing most of the back-office work has just created a massive mess.
