We recognize that we're early in our Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) journey, and there's much more for us to do. We've recently undertaken a Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Survey, and we're currently undertaking a D&I audit to understand where we can focus our activities for maximum impact. Our leadership team are committed to creating a diverse, inclusive environment where everyone can thrive. I'd be more than happy to discuss should you want to speak further.
