Unlimited PTO, Personal Days, Remote working, and approachable CEO and other team members. The company cares about your well being and does its best to support you!
Cons
It's a start-up so it's fast-paced but it's fun.

Pros
A lot of companies say things like "all our employees matter, everyone's voice is heard", but I've never seen it actually ring true like it does at Locket. It's the kind of place where an intern could sit down with the CEO and be like "hey I've got this idea, can I have a budget to try it out" - and not only would it get approved but the CEO would be checking in, supporting it, chipping in ideas.. it's the flattest hierarchy I've ever seen, and it's just a great experience.
Cons
It's a fast-moving startup so the workload is variable - sometimes there's a lot going on. You have to be prepared to roll with the punches.
