The team I work with was GREAT. That was the positive to my working at LH
Cons
The pay for the position was WELL below what the market is paying. They played favorites when issuing bonus' It took months for upper management to approve the proper tools/software in order for our team to do the job properly. The company would spend millions in other ways, but nitpick software for much less. Major issues with the personnel department, perhaps too many hands in the cookie jar. Too many employees working remotely when local to headquarters.
