Good and Bad

Pros

Tax Reporting product still leads the market. CPM Product is extremely flexible and powerful. New BI product (from acquisition) is integrated well (although it took a while).

Cons

It would be better to innovate and build new technology ourselves, rather than buy it and rip it apart to integrate it every time.

Pros

- CEO is very approachable and easy to talk to - Ample parking and cheap vending machines

Cons

- Very technical/coded product which is tough to sell to finance groups - Instead of getting to the root of the problem they are simply trying to grow through acquisitions - No innovation when it comes to the future of the product - Point above is due to no fresh approach as the same management has been around for quite a while
