Pros
- There's always something exciting to look forward to! - New projects and ideas are always knocking, and Loosemonkies is a company that embraces it with full force. - Like minded people are running the show, hence the corporate culture here suits me well. - Everyone at the office is treated with great mutual respect starting from bottom up! - Your voice does not fall on deaf ears, as the company believes everyone has something brilliant to contribute. - Cross functionality of teams, allows much growth for personal development. - Oh, and on a lighter note: unlike most offices in BD, the Loosemonkies office actually provides you with free breakfast, lunch, snacks - you name it!
Cons
- Since it's still a start up, sometimes the teams have to be overly cross functional - Opportunities to travel abroad, to learn best practices from training sessions is still limited but will be introduced in the very near future.
