      Great people make for a great atmosphere

      Fast-growing, dedicated group of talented individuals Friendly and inclusive atmosphere Plenty of scope to take on more responsibility or try out new ideas for yourself fantastic office in a central location Strong growth potential and plenty of new opportunities Good work life balance

      Cons

      We still haven't cracked effective communication between offices. We use slack extensively and many decisions are made on there. If you're in a different timezone to HQ, you'll walk into a huge number of unread messages, some of which are decisions you'd have liked to weigh in on.

      Pros

      This is what a career should feel like. An incredibly welcoming, talented and fall-over-themselves-to-be-helpful team has created an environment in which people can be themselves, flourish and grow with the business. The team empathises with our clients' challenges, and rises to meet them together. Every day brings something new. Hold on tight, this is going to be a wild ride.

      Cons

      A lot to learn and take in. Multiple apps to get to grips with. Breakneck speed. But oh so worth it.

      Management focused on selling the company

      Pros

      Some great people to work with, knowledgeable, friendly and smart, in particular in the New Orleans office.

      Cons

      It seemed the only thing top management was interested in, was to sell the company. The member of the Executive Team heading up my department came across as quite nonchalant and had the mindset common in startups that he should be able to do what he wanted. The company was in scaleup phase and when recruiting me they said they wanted to 'grow up' a bit and implement more mature management of processes and people but they did not show much interest in it. The European sales organisation was a bit stuck in the past and had little knowledge about technology and the product.
