      Worst organization to work for

      Pros

      Typical government organization. Having alternate Saturday off.

      Cons

      Salary delay of more than 2 months Older employees bullies. No vision and mission. You have to lick the management for your stability. No motivation from the management. Its a fraud company having the operations in India.

      Good for industrial designers, and fresher to explore many design domain under one umbrella.

      Cons

      Layoffs are very frequent, without any prior indications and max based on silly errors. Zero work life balance Absolute worst work culture. Goal posts shift in a fraction of seconds Zero communication from top to bottom

      WDO President (CEO of Company) has not Paid Salaries to all Employees and left them as beggars

      - Company taught us how to take all money of employees and not to give salaries since last couple of years. - How HR Manager can play roles of accounts, admin, design, client meeting, sales, office cleaning, finance, busy on fake calls in cabin to show busyness, Rangoli making (Only NOT HR Role)

      Cons

      - SPACE will be less here to write. After all full dedication by us all designers and even from other departments, management has not paid salaries since last two years. - Employees are frequently begging and chasing for their pending salaries but CEO and HR Manager is not responding at all to their emails, calls or meeting.
