Virtual Experience Coordinator
Pros
Entirely remote, as the company is a virtual event management company. The company founder and CEO is an awesome guy who really makes you feel like he cares about you. You feel like you're helping people still meaningfully connect, even though everyone has to be apart in these times, you get to see how excited people are when they are actually do have a fun experience together.
Cons
If you're not comfortable with change, with figuring things out, with blazing a new trail and being asked to take the lead through uncertainty - then perhaps this isn't the job for you. It is a growing startup and with that comes a certain degree of acting like an entrepreneur yourself as an employee. Many people love this, but if you're not expecting that kind of mindset it would be really frustrating.
