      Pros

      If you can avoid being sacked and remain there long enough, this experience should in all honesty give you strength to withstand anything any other company can throw at you for the rest of your career.

      Cons

      This company doesn't care about its customers, so employees on the front line being treated like dogs is not much of a surprise either. A very racist company, that mostly favours promoting Tamil people. No stability for any other race of people, those that have survived is only down to sheer dumb luck. One can only hope a missile lands on the head office building. It's a slave trader.

      Great colleagues - friends for life - but also depends which department you will work to.

      Cons

      Underpaid, overload - two words that describe the company. Senior management is walking around thinking that they are at lease Gods - treating all lower level managers and employees as a evil that they are forced to have and tolerate. Because of that your workload is more or less as big as 5 employees on the same position in other company but your salary are 2 time smaller. No development opportunities , no respect to work , no respect to people. There are no proper HR rules - only thing that make to you be safe there if you are a family to CEO . WORST PLACE I EVER WORKED IN - And i have been in some bad works.

      Dreadful Dishonest Company to staff and customers

      Pros

      Great for providing non-documented phone services to illegal immigrants in southern europe

      Cons

      A thoroughly dishonest unreliable employer. They avoid putting pay and job promotion offers in writing, their word isn't worth the paper it isn't written on. They con staff into taking on additional work and commitments and then refuse to pay them as promised.
