Great Company for Shareholders!

Pros

Salary excellent. Great opportunities to travel. Graduates that can be shaped to become 'yes' people are in demand. Great dividends paid to shareholders.

Cons

Very poor people Management. Loyalty not recognised. Long term employees too expensive and driven out in whatever way possible. Internal Code of Conduct not strictly adhered to by all Management.

Poor work conditions. Management do not care about you. HR… what HR?! Sick poilcy is archaic. Unless you’re friends with the leaders then you will spend your time being belittled and made to feel worthless. They hide safety issues to make their no injury data look better to boost bonuses… If you are a prospective employee… run… if you work here currently… run… and if you have already left… keep running!
