      Pros

      Nice office, reasonably well located. perks of fruit and drinks and good coffee. Unfortunately it stops there...

      Cons

      Extremely poor management. I worked at Lyris for 7 years and the last year was the worst. This company is struggling to know what to do with any of its products and customers are as exhausted as the employees. I would not recommend working here to anyone.

      - nice and smart people - great offices - fun working environment - promotions were possible within the company - decent salary

      Cons

      - lack of strong leadership - many bad technology decisions - invested heavily in a platform, which was never fully released and then abandoned - to many changes in direction
